private schools can do whatever they want

public schools can also do whatever they want, but if it is in opposition to the states majority party (like if they mandated vaccines, and the state gov was all R) they risk losing state funding. there are many state schools that benefit from state funding, but don't NEED it.

like you won't see any schools in the south doing it, but some northeast schools have already done it.

depended on the class but for all mine yeah, just a big zoom with everyone. it was mad easy, but i did not learn a single thing.
