Cowboy bebop is great, but it has a very lackluster ending imo. Story wise it is very good but not too investing. They reveal story details very slowly and in a very very rewarding way. The movie is great too

Neon is a mindfuck that only continues to ramp up story and lore through its 26 episodes and imo there’s nothing like it

Gunbuster is great too but it moves a lot quicker

Ultimately all 3 are worth a watch
