Yeah I don't think it's considered that great of an album by most, but Drake caters to an audience that likes to vibe to music and not necessarily think about it and play it on repeated. That added with the huge hype God's Plan and the marketing generated (plus remember that Drake was plastered on every single spotify playlist) and the large track quantity was a recipe for massive success.

never understood the hype behind gods plan, to me its prolly one of his worst singles. Nice for what was really good tho
