also protip call the ticketmaster number to buy tickets like 10 minutes before on-sale time and get on the phone with a sales person. if they tell you it's too early to buy tickets just bullshit and ask about other concerts until 12pm hits then ask if you can buy kanye tickets now. i don't think this is going to be so high demand that you'll need to do this but it might get you really good seats.
