I don't think they can do the 61K capacity with the covid variant news. Isn't a stadium required to seat half of that due to restrictions?

I just don't see Chicago "WINNING" if the place is packed especially with the hospital bed ICU situation building.

It doesn't seem like a good play if this venue is going for every seat sold
