I think Kanye should either
1) Cut the album to 12 tracks, make some fire verses and drop it.
2) Leave it 24 tracks but add some cool verses on every song except obvious ones like 24 where he just sings, so the album will be closer to CD/LR then TLOP.

I don't like this new style of albums as Thundercat's Drunk, where there are many 2 minute long ideas and few standart length songs.
