The first part of your post is exactly why it's scrapped
Drake is gonna drop in September
Drake will have a finished album with multiple promo music vids, merch, and endorsements from sirius, radio, labels, all international too
Drake will dominate headlines while Kanye basically appeases to those of us who have been hanging on since 8/6 which is not that many people
Again- 8/20 or it's scrapped and/or the ATL2 version was how he chose to release it
