I think that was just for the flyer, really. Ye probably a huge fan of hers and he resonated with that image so much in context for the album. Doesn't really strike me as a Ye thing to use a crop of a super famous painting like that but Ye also made an album cover with his iPhone in 5 minutes so who knows
