So i have a friend that lives in the OC that’s really connected and i’ve been trying to see if they could get me any kind of info. They havnt been able until rn. According to them they asked a few people cool with Kanye and the reason the album is being delayed is because a couple songs are not finished. Kanye is trying to fix a few of the lyrics in some songs most importantly , especially in Never abandon your family, which is apparently the song Kanye wants to be perfect. Hurricane is practically done but Kanye is having mixed emotions with little aspects of it. The reason he wanted to put that out as a single was because he realized that’s a fan favorite and it could hold people over for a week or so. Another thing is he is thinking of putting a couple different songs and swapping them for some on the stream track list. i know i have 0 rep but just wait when the album comes out most of the things i said should be true. there will most likely be a post malone feature as well, along with the pop smoke song being very different (probably another verse on it)
not sure when album is coming out but my homie said based on how he was being told all this s*** he has a feeling it could be tomrorow. if the single drops tomorrow the album will drop friday. if nothing comes tomorrow the album probably won’t drop until friday of the following week. album won’t be scrapped so stop with the freak outs. don’t expect the album to drop during the mid week, most lielry only monday or fri-sun
