In this line, Kanye references his “only fan,” presumably his rumoured girlfriend, Russian model/actress Irina Shayk, as of Donda’s recording.

Shayk, who starred in the music video for Kanye’s 2010 hit “Power,” was reported to have been dating Kanye amidst his divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian West, with the pair spotted on a trip to France for his 44th birthday just months after news of his divorce from Kardashian. Whilst neither Kanye nor Shayk have confirmed or denied the relationship, Kanye was reported to have been recording “upbeat” new songs inspired by his romance with Shayk.
