JIK was pretty messy. I keep forgetting that it started in like the last weekend of august with kim posting the tracklist on IG. then the first listening party happened in detroit on i think 9/27. then he did NYC maybe 2 weeks later, then i think 2 weeks after that another listening party at The Forum on Thursday night (10/24), then the album came out the next afternoon (10/25)

So a solid month from first listening party to release. and yeah it was chaotic.
