I don't understand how the man can have so many amazing components but fail at putting them together at the last minute
like by all means, having live Sunday Service events where he covered popular songs and reimagined his classics is a recipe for success
and he should have been able to use his own choir for sampling like he did for 24 off Donda
and yet we ended up with JIK and JIL...
it baffles the mind
TLOP was kind of the turning point if we're looking back now. Although pretty decent now, it was a chaotic and thrown-together last minute release. Everything else kind of followed that example ever since.
(Everything except KSG of course, but we're talking solos here)
