THIS FOR MY KID KID KID KID
Drumless music can have so much more impact
Especially in a arena setting. It makes the record sound huge. I’m not even a Roddy fan but at the first show when his verse came on, it felt like he was giving a f***ing sermon and I f***ing loved that s***. What makes Jail so amazing is that same space in the beginning and with the whole arena singing it at the same time it makes it even more powerful. Its an emotional build. It’s a stadium record. There’s enough f***ing drums on this album
