16th July - average date given previous album release dates
23rd July - same week as initial release date same as Yandhi/JIK

From what we know, album is set to drop inbetween Kaycyy's two albums as per his comments. The 1st of those- Who is Kaycyy is set to drop Aug 6th so I assume Ye's album after that and before FTB or From The Basement. Not to mention July will likely be for Travis rollout, the Sony financial statement had his music set to release before August, others included DJ Khaled and some rock band which have already released their albums. So I assume July is not Ye's album release month.
I believe we are getting a proper rollout this time with announcement within a month. Album release maybe in Aug-Sept.

I know it's what he's been saying for months and I don't doubt that there will probably be some kind of coordination with the releases but there's just no way I can believe Kanye is heavily factoring KayCyy's albums into his release plans.
