Was watching Hot Ones a long time ago, and I'm puzzled by how different is people's tolerance to spicy food. Some guys in there be s***ting on the floor and drinking gallons of milk, while some are like Oh, that's hot and just tear up a little.
Maybe they nerf some sauces depending on guest's demands.
