They don't get paid the full value of their labor, otherwise there would be no such thing as profits since the shoes have to sell for more than their production costs. Kanye's labor obviously isn't worth billions of USD (akin to the yearly labor of a medium-sized city), yet he gets paid that much. He gets way more than what his labor is worth, hence him being a member of the bourgeoisie.
