They never found the right medication for him back when when he was willing to take it in 2017.

yeah i feel bad about his mental health and bipolar disorder...he needs a solid family and support system behind him during those episodes. i know from experience bipolar ppl are almost uncontrollable and wont listen to anything logical during a episode
