Imma explain to you slowly why you're an idiot.

Kaep knelt to remove himself (and by extension other Black athletes) from being seen as just entertainers to people who can hold political views (see the "shut up and dribble" issue)

What Jay Z did was take away that power and put Black entertainers back in the position of entertainers (see Dre, Snoop and now Rihanna).

Thats why I called it a minstrel show:

1. Its being performed for a predominatky white audience
2. The expectation is that they are to shut up and entertain/dribble

If you can't see how that's a huge step back, then I don't know what to tell you

She ran a political website making fun of Trump's p**** and saying she wished conservatives died off already

She tried to start a website that would essentially dox people who said racist things online, both sides of the political spectrum called it a bad idea

She popped back up a year later as a Black Trump supporter and started getting bankrolled by PragerU which is funded by fracking billionaires

You can look all of this up

Jay Z literally said "we're past kneeling". And then went and made deals with a historically racist organization, not to negotiate better rights for their athletes, but to continue to freeze the Black man with an opinion out and make money by providing more Black people for their entertainment.

How on earth can you defend that?

Of course he did, that's how he leveraged the deal for half time entertainment.

He used the fact that he has influence in the Black community to take away the heat the NFL was getting, and leveraged that for money.

He did the same thing with the Brooklyn Nets.
