it’s a tough answer.
he definitely seems like he needs medical attention, but more long term - therapeutic type help may be better. Like a really good therapist or psychiatrist. Someone who can listen and not just give him pills
he seems to really fear being Locked up on a hospital bed again. I fear if that happens again he’s just going to keep having breakdowns

Just another reason why our mental health is so stigmatized. There is nothing wrong with having mental problems. It should be normalized and you people should stop looking us like were less than you because we take medications for our brains. It's not fair and reading this thread honestly almost has me in tears because it feels so alienating.
Every time a celeb has an episode in public I see the jokes and backlash which just alienated people further, it’s a nasty cycle
