whippet volversehe was diagnosed, and then got off his meds. i suspect there are periods he was intentionally going off them back then but now he's going an extended period of time without them.
I actually read in some lyrics that he was prescribed Lexapro, which is an antidepressant. Antidepressants actually make mania extremely worse and aren't used in bipolar disorder without the use of a mood stabilizer.
He needs to be prescribed a mood stabilizer, I suspect the psychiatrist he sees is not very good, or one of those "hollywood" names that is all show no go.
I have mental problems too, so I'm just speaking on my experience.
