I unfortunately think this is where the mania really picks up. Many times during episodes people experiencing mania do something so crazy or try to do so much more than what they know they can do (my friend once bought a car he knew he couldn’t afford once) and once they come back all the way down he beats himself up over the fact that he can’t do it all. Extremely sad
