Some people are just misinformed
@Classique No there’s a ton of work from people on 808s
On a lot of songs post 808s, Kanye basically got credit for telling producers “hey make a beat with this sample” this is actually pretty well documented as No ID, Hit Boy and Q Tip have all talked about it. It’s just easier to think Ye did all the sample work when it’s not a big name. 88 keys and Che Pope did a lot of stuff as well
That’s how ghost writing and ghost producing got invented tbh.
all good man i just barely get people mad at me here because im always just vibin so that kept me off guard
I love you, that’s what matters
This would have been the greatest promo ever if everyone he called out are actually features on BULLY
But in reality it’s just him sick in the head
Nah bro someone has to take his phone… and then start an investigation.
did i ratio myself by getting more likes on this on here than on twitter
so tired of this weak ass stan defense. that doesn’t make you a great musician, it makes you a good curator. but in this case, i’d call it a musical landlord.
here’s how it goes: you get clout in the industry and then you immediately make working musicians and artists do all the work for you and then you take all the credit because nobody cares to read the credits and the credits don’t actually give percentages of who did what so it just looks like the main guy did everything. trashvis is also this, which checks out in more ways than the obvious ones. meanwhile tyler for example whom he just dissed has poured his own blood sweat and tears and almost no one else’s outside of collaborators into his music. and when i say collaborators i mean the actual meaning of the word, which is people receiving requisite credits and features and putting in equal effort and work.
ye doesn’t even understand what it means to compose music. making 5 beats a day for 3 summers doesn’t count, plenty of niggas can make beats, let alone sampled beats almost entirely composed of sped up soul samples chopped up in a way that don’t even compare to the GOATs of chopping s***; dilla, premo or pete rock, take your pick. ye needs an army of niggas to make a single album and he HAS needed that since the beginning of his career, while tyler only needs himself. and i ain’t even a tyler fan, it’s just a perfect example since he just dissed him.
miss me with this hE a CuRaToR bullshit
Oh brother
Wish there were more amazing curators out there ffs. Where are they? Only ones I ever hear of are Dre and Ye. People on rap forums always got something negative to say about them using ghostwriters/producers and not doing s*** etc...
More people should do what those 2 did then if its that easy
carti was remarkably more loyal to kanye than he was to basically anyone who assisted him in his come up
even as recently as a month ago he still probably would have put his nitrous addicted nazi ass on MUSIC, he really did not want to let that relationship go
Drop MUSIC and then we’ll talk Ye
Bully out now???
“IMA RECORD CAUSE I ACTUALLY HATE AI NOW”
YOOOOO WE WON /s
alright i know he collaborated with keys and them i just don’t know to what capacity and i just wanna go by the credits because otherwise it’s hearsay tbh. i know people that made beats for bigger producers that don’t have their name on the credits but still made bread off it so i know how the game goes i just think its crazy to discredit kanye so much when he’s liberal with putting credits on albums
I think the “liberal with putting credits on albums” thing is a bit of a way to confuse people
I used to think “wow that’s so cool how Kanye credits everyone” but now I’m realizing it’s just made it hard to understand who actually did what and it ends in posts like this where he ends up getting more credit than he deserves
did he just drop the album
he dropped a 30 minute video, i think it’s the album
Good thing Ye didn't say anything bad about The Weeknd
That means they are on great terms maybe & can collab in the future
