It’s more so that he refuses to seek any kind of treatment for a mental illness he clearly has and instead thinks he got autism from his car accident.
The mental illness explaination made sense in 2016 when he was first diagnosed and seeking treatment, but in 2025 it doesn’t really stick the same, especially when Kanye has damn near zero accountability for the things he says and does. Acting out with your disorder is not an excuse when it happens again and again and again and any sort of treatment is refused.
