The idea that right wing = good economic theory is completely and utterly flawed

Is everything AOC proposes economically sound? F*** no but there’s enough economically sound policies that are vital

trump has absolutely butchered the economy even pre COVID in an attempt to push back an inevitable recession
Republicans have consistently had mediocre to bad economic policy

Policy schmolicy my dude. Our economy is our economy.

The financial crisis, which was the fault of Wall Street skews any of the economy under both bush and Obama.

I agree w that take but the way Kanye moves around on all this s*** and goes from extreme to extreme is detached

Kanye’s most definitely been a complete mess of a mental wreck for a good half a decade now.

To gives smaller states an actual say in the election... Candidates would literally just campaign in Texas, California, New York and Florida if it wasn’t for the electoral college

i don't get why you'd logically want to vote by state in a presidential system, except for purely selfish political reasons.

it pisses me off when it lets the left in too. a British party led by a Trump ally got 4 million votes and got no representatives for it. 4 million voters is a lot in the UK. I hate their politics but when you ignore millions of voters you leave people unrepresented, it's totally unfair.

you get to vote for President separately from your local politicians (not every country does). So why wouldn't you want the President to be voted on nationally? I don't like having first past the post in the uk but at least it's because the uk's government is made up of whoever won the most local representatives. all those representatives deal with all our local politics too, we only get to vote once. the US has senators, house reps and governors for that. why do you need to vote by state for the president as well? it's got nothing to do with local politics.

I mean he rly only has strong stances on weird fundamentalist Christian cultural issues

When it comes to foreign policy, taxes, the military etc, he doesn't rly have much to say

He’s researching it with experts “close to God”

The writing is on the wall with this one I pray Kanye actually sticks to his word.

You believe that due to right wing propaganda

    What propaganda?

Nuclear energy is most likely a better alternative to both O&G and Wind/Solar, but the term nuclear sounds scary to average people. Democrats never mention anything but wind and solar which is still not fully-economically feasible nor reliable on a global or even nationwide basis

but economically, bush and obama aren't that far apart. they both advocated a lot of the same systems, whereas tbf to them, there were people on the left predicting the crash if there was no structural change.

someone like Joe Biden would be a right winger in a lot of countries including the uk, i don't feel like it's fair to make out that bush or obama were that different on the economy

Like he literally admits he has no policies figured out and the election is like 4 months away. How can anyone possibly defend that or still decide to vote for him?
