    Water Giver

I was talking about the vapid s***bars part

Bully released version iirc doesn't have AI outside of that one song that less 2 minutes and an melody interpretation

    • Beauty and the Beast is the one

He did use AI as references tho and the other versions are full of AI

There is a lot of cohesion on Bully, it's Soul and Blues inspired with a dash of Synth Pop n "Motown" RnB, although there are like 3 songs that don't fit the motif I agree like the Spanish song, Circles and the 2nd track

The instrumentation is great and inspired, he is using samples as major parts of the song like his very early years of pre CD to CD, he has figured out how to Rap again for the most part and isn't as sexually overt and corny while also rapping again with his ironic and sarcastic bars naturally for the first time in forever which donda1 didn't even have

I don't care if the songs are shorter as long as they sound good overall, although there is two songs I do wish were longer

    White Lines
    All the Love
    Punch Drunk
    Bully title track
    I Can't Wait
    Preacher Man
    Father

Those are the songs I genuinely like and enjoy a lot, while there's about two others that are like HMs for me depending - Damn n Sisters Brothers, I also love the beat on King which reminds of Hardcore Dancestyle genre from like Janet Jackson

It's his best since Donda1, although doesn't say much since Vultures 1 is mid with a few highlights, Vultures 2 is straight trash and Donda2 is ass with like two gems, Bully is a middle of the road 6.5 to maybe 7 and is at the bottom of his middle discog - although it does have highlights, the first thing I've perosnally liked since donda1, and I think it's a good "restart" album not only image wise of him relearning how to actually do music once again - lot of the album feels like "back to the basics" with a twist

    • it's above V1, V2, D2, JIK and Ye for me which is his bottom tier albums to me, while just under Cruel Summer which it and Bully are at the bottom of middle tier of albums for me

I actually think Bully is a bit bloated that hurts it, and where the "aimlessness" starts to creep in towards the end quarter

Edit: the talk box usage, which he's never had before, is also artistically inspired and well done

so ur saying This One Here has no AI?

You’ve spent the last week seething all day in numerous threads trying to talk people down from listening to music from one of the biggest artists in the world

Nobody is co-signing what he said and did

    It’s not serious

It’s springtime go outside and breathe

Even if this was the case you can’t equate an extremely focused group on a dead forum to the general average listener who doesn’t give a f*** the way you do, or anyone else does for that matter

You made another thread even during this exchange

You’re obsessed with something you cannot control for 0 reason

    Idk man

Trying to rehabilitate the guy who iced out a Swastika and made a song saying “all my niggas Nazis, nigga Heil Hitler”

Might be too much for some people to recover from just in their own community

Nobody wants to stick their neck out for a guy who has actively courted controversy for the past 16+ years

The fact is that Kanye is still immensely popular and doing stadium shows and festival headliner worthy, whether one forgives him or not

So just in my opinion even if you are skeptical then for political reasons in this climate especially, entrenching the division doesn't help the cause of fighting antisemitism

Its like Trump has also said offensive things about Jewish folk, including meeting with Ye and rabid antisemite Fuentes lets not forget, but many are willing to look past it for their political reasons

I get if they can't but I'm just saying, sometimes when one has so much influence you can do more good like that

Y'all, hold on...what are the chances that Ye heard Jay Z rap on Major Key "How we still slaves in 2016?" And let that simmer until it snowballed into the TMZ incident

He was clearly connecting the idea to artist and contracts . Worded abhorrently in an a***ogy that many black people are still asking for an apology for . Begging for an apology for him saying the idea ironically proves his point to some degree. It’s a choice to be a slave to slavery years later . Same way when a new police brutality video drops if you let the media use it to manipulate you and trigger you . Then you are in their control
