krishna boundthere's a debate over how it happened, but most experts are pointing to one of two things;
1) a major flaw in twitter as a platform that wasn't known until now
2) twitter administrators had a user management panel/backdoor, and one of the administrators was hackedby Coinbase, they confirmed they were using 2FA and had login alerts on, so the exploit is on the side of Twitter, not any of the clients/users
