It can be his main motivation while simultaneously not feeling the need to resort to extraneous tactics.

1. He doesn’t do those because he’s never needed to, he sells well regardless because he is the King of Streaming

2. His team is way too inept to ever successfully pull off a mass bundle/physical run, every time in the last 5 years they’ve tried to do physicals they either get delayed or outright cancelled.

3. He doesn’t have the fanbase that engages in pure sales and merch sales; most of his fanbase is totally content with only streaming his music

It's very obvious that a lot of the disdain y'all have for Drake is just because he has remained commercially successful his entire career. I don't know why anyone who be so angered by that but y'all are f***ing weirdos when it comes to Drake so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised.

1. They helped create the most successful rapper ever based on most metrics, you saying they can't get a company to print albums?

2. Drake is friends with Travis Scott. You don't think it's easy enough to make phone calls to replicate his bundling tactics for himself?

It's not rocket science to post bundles to DrakeRelated, a site that has more work put in it than most artist merch sites already

From 2009 to 2015, he had one project that was 20+ tracks, and it was the deluxe version of Take Care with two bonus songs added onto it.

Since 2016, 5/8 of the projects he’s dropped have been well over 20+ tracks, with various styles and sounds spread out all over those tracklists.

You can’t tell me that’s not a calculated attempt to maximize numbers. He even said he feels the need to cater to all of these different sections of his fanbases, and that’s why we keep getting these bloated, scattershot projects from him nowadays
