To me, yes. Whether or not it has an impact, the idea of putting down (verbally, socially) discriminating against someone solely on their race is indeed racism. No need to limit it to certain people, because there’s so many racists we need to acknowledge all of them even if they look like us 👍

S***ty people come in all shapes and colors is my point, not sure how it wasn’t understood earlier. Yes, racism can have a larger impact when it’s in the hand of certain people, but that doesn’t excuse it from others
