No one wants s*** and ofc this isn't entertainment, but being so easily and readily dismissive of these type of accusations means you're part of the problem when it comes to victims of assault who are afraid to come forward

ANTIY’all treat sexual abuse victims like how my parents treat self driving cars. Hear that they crashed once and they’ll doubt them forever and claim they’re unsafe. That despite the facts that the one crash was out of tens of thousands of test drives and normal cars crash at a higher rate.
The percentages of false accusations is literally slim too that’s the crazy part
It’s literally 2 to 5% of false rape accusations made against accusers but people want to run it into the ground

I’m not trying to dismiss the accusations. Victims of rape need to be heard and taken seriously. But something just comes off as disingenous when like every week someone on twitter tries to get a new artist cancelled. You can’t just casually wake up one day and be like oh I’m gonna try to sabotage this dude’s career. The way it’s presented just makes it feel like they’re looking for attention more than anything

2-5 % were wrongly accused and had their lifes ruined. Even with 1% you shouldnt believe everyone and always try to be objective.
