finished WW84 rewatch.

it was better on my second watch tbh. still wasn’t the biggest fan of the cgi (but i’m sure they did that on purpose to fit the 80s theme maybe). and I honestly think Barbara could have had a different actor in place of Kristen Wiig. Pedro Pascal being an over the top ode villain was cool.

it’s overheated imo, but it’s fine, definitely not better than the first one but definitely not as bad as the common crowd might say.

hope WW3 is set after ZSJL - mainly hoping that it refrains from being in the past again.

just rewatched Man of Steel.

I honestly really enjoyed the Clark Kent and Kal-El moments more than Superman. the development, story and dichotomy between his blood father and human father piqued my interest more than anything else in the movie.

I want to say it’s better than Wonder Woman but I think I enjoyed watching WW more, but that was more action oriented I guess which makes for a more “entertaining” movie but I think the actual film of MoS is better just purely on story basis.

I felt some level of detachment when it came to the fight scenes on earth - maybe it was the complete destruction of everything but then again what can one expect when it comes to powerful aliens fighting on lil ol’ earth.
