I can see why some people who weren’t fans of MOS or BvS might enjoy this more even tho I personally still think those films are better. Snyder made a more accessible film without completely selling out - it’s just lighter in tone but it still takes itself 100% seriously, it’s not consistently poking fun at its own absurdities like most modern blockbusters do post-Marvel.
