The CGI is unfinished y’all really think wb going to invest in finishing a 2 year old movie they already took a loss on so that Snyder fans can be satisfied. None of y’all cares when rick and Michelle maclaren fired. When Snyder gets done wrong and not even wrong more so they couldn’t afford to delay movie so they gave him time off and let whedon finish . Y’all get mad . There is no winning. They invest in completing it then y’all pirate it or subscribe to one month of hbo max or trial then cancel . You love it and demand Snyder back to a dying universe when they already focused on. Batman y’all still on “ what could have been . Zack clearly grieving . He also clearly leaving out details because in these 2 years he has certainly heard from wb or gotten an answer yet continues to leak pictures , concepts and story details which is likely illegal by the way

You are rational so I will bite why would wb invest in rereleasing a directors cut to a two year old movie ? What platform could they make their money back ?
HBO max doesn’t really make sense because could watch it with a trial or one month and it would be torrented

Ehh me personally if I was WB, I'd just do some type of limited box set release, including concept art, behind the scenes stuff, storyboarding, commentary from those involved etc.

Those who are really invested would cop the pre-order off rip.

Same with Jason Momoa, Aquaman did a billion & his sequel is confirmed.

Affleck tweeted simply cuz he's not Batman anymore & thus has nothing to lose.

Only one who aint say anything is Cavill cuz his future as Superman is uncertain

When I thought chi was finished I was in but then heard it wasn’t and that fans want wb to pay for it and I am so confused on if they know how anything works.

Feels like mass effect 3 ending situation all over again . Except these nerds saying “ it’s for artistic integrity “ yet they didn’t care when director after director was hired then fired for not assimilating to Snyder’s vision. When again if they had a feige . I suggested timms but really anyone dc works as long as not them cw fools. To communicate with fans and organize universe so that each creator gets their own freedom to tell their own story and don’t rush event movies major moments like Superman dying . Then we get something else entirely

With Batman coming and success if joker I’m confused on why people want to linger in what could have been . Especially since even Snyder’s cut will be a cliffhanger because when filming he thought there would be more movies in his universe . If WB appeases these toxic fans then it will never end . Snyder ramping the fans up while saying he cares about mental health feels F***ed

I'd believe the sincerity of fans defending "director's vision" if theyd been more vocal about the other people put on DC joints

And I'm all for seeing Zacks JL but if it doesnt have the same money involved then keep it tbh. Hell I'd take some fan storyboards of plot bullet points before seeing grey box renders

and hardcore DC stans love to claim how DCEU tackles real world issues in a way marvel doesn't but DC introduces strong themes and then just barely gets their feet wet and refuses to dive deeper. And they do it every movie.

Of course a talking tiger on paper sounds weird but we kind of have to believe in creators to do the unexpected and NEW. I am not here to slight patty Jenkins but a maclaren Wonder Woman based upon how it sounded took more risk and wasn’t just “ captain America but a woman “ .

Same way flash plot wasn’t just “ let’s jerk off comic fans and do flashpoint “ . They claim it’s what they want to be set in reality or to give creative freedom that marvel doesn’t offer but when directors get fired and Snyder says nothing or “ they didn’t fit with my vision “ they silent. Snyder vision is boring .... predictable and rushed to get to grandiose moments without earning them .

Lindelof, Noah hawley , refn , Denis , wachowskis would have snapped in dc universe
