I wouldn't say "this is where the line is drawn" or anything like that. It's not super f***ed up to do; it's just too simple of a thing to not do. And someone can have weak morals and still not be a litterer. I don't get where this idea of correcting others for moral failures makes the one correcting on a moral high ground. It doesn't.
