Even in valet i put my s*** in hard to notice spots, but if my car is going to be gone completely at a shop or a tow etc. Im taking everything that is of worth & importance.

If you want to be that comfortable with your car, get a personal garage. If you dont want to be cased out or in general robbed, then dont have everything on flash nor leave everything wide open when a stranger has control of your car without you.

I use Apple Pay for everything too which is why I don't have a wallet. Only card I keep in my car is my driver's license. All of those other cards and documents (car insurance / registration) stay at the crib, all that stuff is digitized.

Gotta be more responsible next time and always think in worst case scenarios

Facts. I have learned my lesson and I will never leave anything else in my vehicle. Thinking back on it I can’t believe how easy I made it for them. Now I have to wait weeks just to get my cards back and wait for another drivers license

Exactly. Anything can really happen anywhere. It’s crazy because I used to keep a AirTag in my Burberry bag but the battery died in it and I never ordered the replacement battery.

Thanks. I’m doing well and I canceled all my cards so I’m just waiting on them to arrive in the mail. The only issue I’m having is figuring out if I should pay the $500 deductible for my car insurance or pay out of pocket. What if the car repairs are less than $500? Just don’t want to waste my money.

ill be completely honest i do not have a car and never had to use my insurance before i hope someone in the thread can provide clarity on this tho
