I hate this franchise so much. If they insist on using the IP…. They should let it die then relaunch it with a reboot of the original story. This repeated s*** of “we need to go back to the island to save the dinosaurs or get a sample from them” or whatever is stupid.

Jurassic Park was such a landmark moment in film history. Even the buildup around it before it came out was legendary. It stood out.

Nothing about the trailer made this one standout. But its hard to recapture the magic of a Spielberg film when he was in his prime.

I’m still expecting this one to atleast be better than the last two Jurassic World movies though.

premise is basically the same as JP 2 & 3. finding another excuse to go back to the island

with that being said, it does look well made enough to be taken somewhat serious.
