Gojo's revival could be explained with a binding vow of some sort I think but Gege isn't the type to do fakeouts. That's why I knew Gojo was gone for good, he had a whole send off. Same with Kenjaku. Seriously wild direction tho, Gege is a mad genius

Tbh it was established that Sukuna would eventually open his Domain. Setting Yuji up to defeat him before then would have felt too premature ig, so Gege had to find a way to stall that conclusion. But unfortunately for Yuta, the outcome is clearly his death. Still not a big fan of Gege's choices these last chapters but I kinda understand his reasoning. It's just that after Yuji's awakening it all just feels like fluff to me idk.

Yeah I feel you. I would've much rather seen Yuji open his own domain. Hopefully we'll still see that at some point if he has one. But it definitely sucked seeing Yuji beat tf out Sukuna only for Sukuna to brush him off in this chapter lol

I like how this is a callback to Sukuna's fight with Jogo where he told him he should've burned everything to reach the heights of Gojo. He's excited that Yuta has done just that to become a monster like Gojo (literally)

I could be wrong, but the panels to me look a lot more fleshed out and finished than they have previously this early on. Usually we get the raw panels, then the raw panels edited to be legible with unofficial translations, then a couple days later we get the official panels. The panels that are out look like the official ones

This feels like the (presumed) climax of Yutas character and its glorious imo. Its quite twisted since his arc started with him cursing his loved one and detaining her soul and he is doing in a way something very similar except this time somehow the reverse.

With this he definitely rose up the ranks in my favorite jjk characters.

Now I am not saying it happens but it would be quite interesting if yuta actually ends up reviving Gojo with this after 5 minutes run out. In a way becoming Gojo´s rika.

not sure if I would like it but looking at what happened with Toji and Geto fighting inside the body against Kenjaku its definitely a possibilty.

I do think it's interesting how what happens after these 5 minutes runs out is unknown. Mei Mei poses a couple theories but at the end of the day, we don't know what will happen. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I don't think Yuta's body is dead. If he's stitched back like Gojo, then his body would work again. Same way Kenjaku took Getos body.

Been wondering this as well. Feels like there’s more than a 0% chance that Gojo can reclaim his own body the way Toji did and the way Getou hinted at doing

So the thing is they took his brain and put into Gojo lol they already assumed worst case is he is Gojo for the rest of his life. Should be able to body hop again, but he’ll have stitches on his head for the rest of his life, and maybe teeth on his brain. Essentially Yuta is the second brain now, and may due after 5 minutes

Edit: nvm, they stated IF he survives, he loses his CT, since he would permanently be Gojo, and the copy ability/body hopping wear off. There’s zero chance, he’s ever Yuta again, which is why he’s probably dying after the 1st or 2nd option.
