So many to count honestly, if you mean from leaks, basically all the time if you read it off Twitter. The official TL mistranslations are some of the worst though. You have a bunch just for a single character alone. You have Sukuna being defeated in Heian era when he actually wasn’t defeated. Him being called a cursed spirit when he’s actually human. Them saying Gojo can use CSM. Etc. TCB scans although not without fault, is considered the best place to read accurate JJK.

So many fake leaks out right now lol don’t believe anything yet. Some guy tricked mad people then admitted he wrote the fake leak while taking a s***.
