All of those besides Sakurajima Colony were stellar to most people so this is a you problem. Tokyo Colony one literally had two great antagonists, one being Higuruma who is one of the best characters in the show. Perfect Preparation gave birth to one of the coldest female characters in shonen in general. You’re smoking crack if it was bad.

Even then Sakurajima Colony is overhated despite some issues towards its conclusion. There were a lot of great ideas in there.

I can understand the criticism for Sakurajima Colony but ever since Sakurajima Colony is when I realized people just started these s\*\*\* ass opinions. And the only reasons I think people hate Sakurajima Colony so much is because it was theorized Naoya would turn into some damn Moth as a next step in his evolution (started as a worm, turned into a cocoon etc) so they felt he underperformed, and Daido and Miyo who showed up to assist Maki came left field lol. I felt it wasn’t bad, but it’s just to show wait and see and don’t think you know what the author is going to do. Maki’s ascension was still beautifully written, and was amazing character writing. Same for Kamo. 7.5/10 arc for me. Maybe an 8, but it was placed around some heavy hitting colonies lol

Like no knock to early JJK because it still is fire but JJK isn’t a story which goes crazy from the beginning with a big arc because it is all build up, you don’t know what the schemes to the villains are, and there wasn’t a main big arc until Shibuya. All the colonies are better than early JJK (besides hidden inventory of course) by a landslide and if you say they aren’t then you are lying. And Culling games in totality is better than Shibuya

Its personal preference ofc but people do forget that the entirety of Culling Games fits into Shibuya. Including Yuki Kenjaku and Sukuna fight

Yeah all of season 3 can go up to Yuji and Maki vs meguna with the same episode length, and if you add in a few more episodes you can literally have them free Gojo next season too but I doubt it unless they want to go the movie route for the fight

Hope its a 26-27 episode season cause narratively Sukuna taking over megumi would be the best choice. Everything after that, the bath, Gojo unealed is more of a prelude to the fight
