    They sanitized him too much and the label went into restructuring soon after that ep and album he did and the people that was signed him and was working with him got cut and he got dropped.

    I was hoping it was gonna be his comeback but the music was so generic.

    I was hoping it was gonna be his comeback but the music was so generic.

    I def didn’t know that about the label. But I agree it felt kinda weird as a fan because Charles was so.. unorthodox, even when he originally got signed. So me becoming a fan after the entire fiasco with the label during the “independent” era and seeing him prop’s up that way was a crazy transition. Nigga doing songs and Media runs wit Rita Ora lol No sonic imagery
