It’s possible to like multiple things at once.

My main critique for Lakeith would be that most of the roles
I’ve seen him in since Atlanta have all felt like derivatives of his performance as Darius. The only one that stands out is the movie he did with Issa Rae, The Photograph

JDW as Ricky in Ballers was good, and I love him as the protagonist in Tenet. He was very good in Blackkklansman as well. Haven’t seen The Creator yet. People unable to see beyond his last name is more so a fault on yall than him in my honest opinion.

Boyega in Detroit, Imperial Dreams, Small Axes, They Cloned Tyrone, and The Woman King all showcase greater range than Lakeith has shown.

Majors as 'Tic in Lovecraft and He Who Remains/Victor Timely in Loki clears all of that, with the exception of maybe Darius imo

I was just about say Dominque Fishback reminds me of the female Jonathan Majors. She killed it in Swarm. Great actress imo
