Of course but we should not assume ones guilt without good cause. It is possible to know and accept there are a lot of women victimised every day and also recognise the importance of keeping an open mind and not rush to judgement.

Assuming the worst in the case I reference led to a racist witch-hunt for the Asian men involved and profoundly affected their lives. And that was a case where the photos of the woman's injuries would lead you to think "how could it not be true?"

The important thing is that this goes both ways though. A lot of people rush to believe in a person's innocence also which I disagree with the same.

simply nuance wait til whatever the courts say to this evidence. In all likely hood the public as in we will never see the evidence but its not about us its about whatever the courts say. If she really recanted and all of that then it should be wrapped up already or by days end.
