Victims recanting statements are pretty routine considering the pressure they're under and especially with how high profile her boyfriend is I'm not surprised. This is how abusers usually get away but this being in NY luckily it's in the police hands now and if he did do it he won't get away so easily
Personally I'm reserving judgement until the footage is released. Some yall niggas way too invested in seeing a potential abuser get off to win a battle against cancel culture and the media

There are softwares to tell a photo is photoshopped. The same will be created to where you can just run an Ai audio in a checker to see if it’s fake
