They were together for a minute and then Jonah hit her with these rules for their relationship seemingly out the blue. If Jonah did this before they got together then yeah nothing wrong with it. That's basically making one another clear from the get-go and they know how to move in the relationship. But doing it when they've already been together for like 2-3 months when he knew what she was about before their relationship and during the relationship is when it starts to look more about control than it is about setting boundaries.
