Each part is better than the last.
Everything about jojo is over the top. The characters, the fights, the story.
Fights are very monologue heavy but that’s one of the beauty of jojo . Even though it’s over the top it’s still grounded in the real world . A looooooot of fights have physics involved or use of survival skills/ variety of other skill sets from a characters background.
I love all the parts of jojo. it’s really hard ranking jojo parts but I love part 6,7,8 araki I really was in his bag
Started Stone Ocean yesterday, I decided to go with the manga this time instead of the anime. I read through the first two volumes (17 chapters) and I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm loving Jolyne and it's gonna be cool to see how her stand develops. I've heard a lot about Araki's art and having seen all the previous parts of the anime, I knew it was gonna be amazing and it is. I especially like the way he plays with paneling and the angles he chooses. I'm the reading the official colored version and it makes everything pop even more.

Yeah the colored is amazing
Not sure if I prefer the black and white or colored version for part 7.
There is something about the shading in that part
adds so much dramatic effect
