There is no difference between work hours in China and US. China works mostly 40 hour weeks

thats a lie
What are you looking for lmao
i think they’re asking exactly how communism/socialism would solve the climate change problem in a way that’s impossible to do under a capitalist system
…I think? cuz you addressed everything else in the post except that
Thanks Biden
this statement feels like a cave to republicans demanding he condemn communism.
thats a lie
No its not.
China for the most part practices a 40 hour week at 8 per weekday. The other guy mentioned a 996 which does exist but is a cruel set up billionaires like Jack Ma and Richard Liu to maximize the workforce like many capitalists strive to do. Its been heavily argued against by Chinese scholars and China's own party-ran newspapers
You asked a solid question then immediately negated me when I didn't give you what you were looking for....... like dude...
how many threads i seen this week about 40 hour weeks and working 5 days. How many days-Hours a week does the average chinese person work?
depends on where you're at
warehouse workers generally do 8-12 hours per day with 1 day off.
office jobs vary a bit. some people have it cushy (mostly senior-level state officials) come in at 9, take a nap at 1, and leave at 4. it's not all bad, unless you work in IT or certain essential areas of the government; then OT is the norm and generally not compensated. i have a friend that used to work at tencent cloud, and they lived and died by the 996.

Nope
Whoever the next GOP candidate is cant be worse than Biden
the communism/capitalism dichotomy is so tiring
the only argument for communism these motherfuckers have is "b-but capitalism"
Yup Tencent is a big offender of that s***
funny story; he was serving two clients who were both using tencent cloud.
f***ing tencent

This s*** was almost 15 years ago. China grew pretty fast since then.
The other user is right, the average work hours are in the same average ballpark (still too high)
bro ion kno how anyone can cape for communism its 2021 lmao
it's wild how many young people in america advocate for communism wonder where it came from
its not a political ideology problem its an overpopulation problem
malthusianism was proven wrong so many times my man.
it's wild how many young people in america advocate for communism wonder where it came from
the USA had a communist presidential candidate reach 6% in 1912, this isn't some new stuff

idk maybe for all the f***ed up s*** that happens from America and other countries that are capitalists'?
the only argument for communism these motherfuckers have is "b-but capitalism"
the entire point of socialism is being an antithesis to capitalism
