Darkseid imo is how Thanos should have been done. Makes no sense to humanise a giant alien like Thanos that nobody will ever relate to. Just make him a menace who's clear purpose is to destroy.

Just didn't feel anything for Thanos. All that sadness for his daughter and talking about balancing the earth. Like did anybody end up caring even just a little about Thanos? Which imo should be outcome when you humanise a villain. But that would never work if the villain isn't human

Leto's laugh Is bad in a bad way and was actually better in SS. At least we are done with him. I liked the interaction between he and Batman but there was this long awkward silence at one point that gave me the impression Leto was gunning for an Oscar with this
