new david bowie is so cool. this is kind of what i hoped popular rap music would sound like in 2025. nothing mind blowing but nice to hear someone actually doing something that sounds fresh. reminds me of hearing baby keem in 2019

Yeah it’s funny when I first heard it it was beautiful out and the “happier” songs were hitting I wasn’t really catching the lyrics like that. More so the vibes. And then yesterday it was rainy all day, grey skies and the emotions were hitting hard.

Facts! Playing the album and then running it back on shuffle, it gives me a feeling of “living” to the project

Esp how the last few songs are him finally like basking in his emotions and grief. Last song is essentially like a funeral, him fully accepting and grieving his sister issues of trust and father connect so well on the theme of his dad abandoning them that year

yea when you really pay attention to the lyrics it adds a whole new layer to the project
