Maybe it can be a 5 with better mixing. But even if that happens, the lyrics are awful, the ideas on here aren't even close to fleshed out, and the songs end at seemingly random points and the transitions are abrupt. Even the Clipse verses were underwhelming. I'm so sad right now, man. I love Kanye. And this just absolutely doesn't seem like it came from him at all.

Positives: Beats were nice, sonically i liked it

Negatives: cringy lyrics at times (closed on Sunday wtf Ye cmon man) and while the beats sound nice, mixing is horrible and clipped. Songs are also a bit too short and man wtf was that transition on use this gospel Kenny g deserved better

Atm this is a 5-6. I’m not hating on the Christian tones of the album too, I appreciate this is where Kanye is in his life and that’s fine but I’ll admit it’s a bit overbearing. However I can appreciate he’s trying to be positive which is great. However, I know he can do better and I’m sure the people he surrounds himself with (engineers, producers etc) know that too. For all the delays and s*** this album suffered, I thought it would’ve been more polished, lyrically and in the final mix.
