cant even stand the ppl i love most lately, there isnt even a thing going wrong like that, I should be in my most comfotable time, Im not even stressing over something like that Im just soo down on my spirits. When I feel like this I usually know its temporarily so I just try to stay calm and wait for it to pass but Im still keep being rude to my family and acting selfish. I feel this time its not temporary like it has been before but I dont have an idea how to get rid of this weak mental position because I dont know whats really wrong at all. Lord help me
