He's made similar business ventures like Jay, but he's been more quiet with his money. Jay-Z still likes the flash with his business.

Nas's business ventures include his venture capital firm QueensBridge Venture Partners, which backs tech startups like Coinbase, Dropbox, and Lyft, and he also co-founded the AI-powered music production platform LANDR. He has also invested in media (Mass Appeal magazine), retail (a sneaker store), clothing (HSTRY), and is involved with products like Escobar Cigars and the luxury cannabis brand Monogram.

Isn't Landr just a distribution company?
Edit: my fault I looked it up like I could have, it also does AI mastering as a separate service for the songs you want to get onto streaming thru them
nets move from was jersey was because it was a waning franchise with jewish ownership (no anti-semitism) having the opportunity to move them to a jewish neighborhood. jay owned 0.06% and was just an ambassador, he tried to sell his share to my friend’s grandfather shortly after the move hah. miss those cheap prudential tickets
1 day we gon talk bout who u rly are class
I be dropping too many gems and crazy backgrounds onna Tuesday
Am I trippin I didn’t know NAS had money like that
Nas ain't got money like that, he got money but not billion dollar ownership money, he's made being doing lots of business deals though, he probably has more than we know though
Does a lot of early investing, got 40m off Ring & Pillpack (early investor in both) being sold to Amazon
They're both just faces of these casinos though, they won't have sizeable ownership stakes
It's like Jay with the Nets, where he was really just the face of the move to try to make it look cool with Brooklyn folks
None of us should take pride in either of these moves
smh we losing recipes.. prodigy of mobb deep
Lmao damn my b

U just be knowin or be next to the guy knowing a lotta ish
I'm joking but no hate tho it's not a bad thing I think it's fire 💀
Imo, and this might be one of my own personal moral cracks and hypocrisy, but I don't think owning or partnering with a casino is bad in itself although gambling addicts is the addiction I have the most distain and "disgust" for - but if adults want to go to the casino and find it fun then i don't have a problem with in itself
What I don't like is the modern version of Casino n betting advertisment tho and how it is now directly propped up in kids spaces (and I also think one shouldn't pop up near a low income area neither, but idk how you specifically regulate that itself outside of a community decision type of thing)
I think it needs to be treated like a cigarettes in the modern, little to no advertising at all outside of very very controlled adult spaces
All that streaming s*** n the like needs to stop, or go to an 18+ only stream sites and the like
Idk - I get why others aren't keen on it tho
U just be knowin or be next to the guy knowing a lotta ish

im a normal ass guy from jersey who has a large family and network of friends. i am at most one degree of separation away from pretty much any celebrity in the music space you can name and real genuine friends who I consider family have appeared in music videos or done business with a listers (kanye, jay, pharrell, drake, wayne). i could’ve been an A&R at five different labels including majors because people really respected my ear but I always preferred being a fan for better or worse. I’m just a massive fan of hip hop with some cool friends. the only thing i ever benefitted from these relationships was meeting pharrell once and getting music leaked to me but I’m trusted with them and they never leave my possession. i really am just regular as s*** tho
Am I trippin I didn’t know NAS had money like that
Whatever Steve Stoute is a part of, Nas is also

thats dope lmao i always appreciate the lil tidbits u drop
im similar to a degree on the westcoast but more with things up to early 2010s since i moved out the bay to arizona im more out the loop nowadays besides really specific big things or if i really directly ask down a line - like i did a lil for kendrick thread about the pop out a lil before pop out happened/announced n like my dad's best friend was one of the main djs for mc hammer in his peak n one of family memebers have a radio show/station in the bay for decades that do a lot of big events too like mac dre day etc.
just always nice tho thats there a few ppl here that actually talk about things with a legit background and/or papertrailed knowledge that contrasts all the pump fake "insiders" here that also give the telltale sign of pretending to know "literally everything"about someone/something - ive peeped the real youve dropped every now n then 🫡
he has a $200M stake in Coinbase gang lmfao
Let's say he has at most 400m & maybe some credit lines
That don't mean he has a significant financial/ownership stake in a $5 billion deal, Genting & their subsidiary Resorts World are global casino brands, he's just the face fam
Nobody's lil bro-ing him by saying this

Nigga was rapping about the Dow jones and s*** back in the day, he was always a smart brother and he invested in bitcoin and other crypto early.
